StatePlay is an esports tournament platform operated by PR Zeus, a registered entrepreneur (preduzetnik) in the Republic of Serbia. By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person.

Fair play

Cheating, account sharing, harassment and any form of match manipulation lead to disqualification and removal of the account. The organizer's decisions on results and conduct are final.

Teams & captains

Each team has a captain who manages its roster and may invite players, remove them, or hand the captain role to another member. A team must field the exact number of players the tournament format requires in order to register and compete.

Prizes

Prize pools shown for a tournament are set by the organizer and may be promotional or illustrative. Where a prize is offered, it is awarded by the organizer to eligible participants after results are finalized, subject to that tournament's rules. The organizer may change, postpone, or cancel a tournament or its prizes. Any taxes or fees on a prize are the recipient's responsibility. StatePlay does not process payments through the platform.

Your content

You keep ownership of the images and text you upload (such as team emblems and names). By uploading them you grant StatePlay a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform for the purpose of running the tournaments. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, or that is offensive or unlawful.

Service & changes

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatePlay and its organizers are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform, and provide no warranties of any kind.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Serbia, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
