StatePlay respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The data controller is PR Zeus, the registered entrepreneur (preduzetnik) in the Republic of Serbia that operates StatePlay.

What we collect

• Account info: email, display name and (optionally) a gamer tag.
• Required personal data: your real name, phone number and the location (city, country) you register from.
• Competitive data: the teams you join, invites you send or receive, and your match results.

How it is used

We use your data only to run the platform — to create and manage accounts, organize tournaments and teams, display results, and, where necessary, contact you about a tournament you have entered. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies — to keep you signed in, to protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and to remember your language choice (English or Serbian). These are required for the site to work; we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Visibility

Public pages only ever show non-sensitive info — gamer tag, team name, emblem, tag and stats. Your private personal data (real name, phone, location) is visible exclusively to administrators.

Data storage & retention

Your data is stored on the organizer's server, hosted with Amazon Web Services. We keep it for as long as your account is active and as needed to run the tournaments; you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent, at any time by contacting us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
